If your order is time sensitive please let us know in the additional information box on your product order form.
Please Note: Due to seasonal fluctuations, e.g. Christmas. Mothers Day, Fathers Day, etc., we may work outside of these time scales. Please call for an update on delivery times during these periods.
Once payment has been made; you will receive a proof of your design within 1-2 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST, this does not include weekends.
— Proofs must be approved/ and or any corrections made within the first 24 hours after you receive.
— Proofs will be sent directly to the email that your account is registered with.
— Once proof is viewed, there is an additional edit allowed if any specific changes are needed
— Please double check all the spellings. Let us know when you have any text revisions.
