Personalized items need time to be manufactured, the time needed to personalize a product varies depending on product type (these times do not include delivery):
Ready for pick-up/delivery within 1-2 days: Selected Mugs, Frames, Photo Panel.
Ready for pick-up/delivery within 1-3 days: Engraved, Printed Items, and Candles.
Ready for pick-up/delivery within 3-5 days: Ceramic and Printed Glass
Prices for delivery are calculated based on the selected items, size, weight and value, details of available delivery methods and exact prices are shown when you add items to your shopping basket.
Most items are delivered via Knutsford Express and delivered between Monday to Saturday. Please Note: Saturday delivery may not be available to business addresses.

Express Delivery reduces lead time by 1 day, and on items with 1-3 days lead time items are usually delivered the next working day provided your your order is received and payment confirmed by 12pm (Mon-Fri).Express Delivery
You can choose to have your order delivered to a different address than your billing address. We don’t send any invoices, receipts or anything which shows the price paid with our products.
We cannot be held responsible if an item does not arrive in time, if you have not selected an appropriate delivery method.
Although we endeavor to dispatch all orders by the above lead times, these may be affected due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If ordering multiple items with different lead times, your order will be dispatched when all items are complete. If you need some items sooner, please place separate orders for each as needed.
We always try to ensure that our products are sent out in perfect condition. However, sometimes due to situations beyond our control, for example a damage occurring during delivery, your item may arrive in an unsatisfactory state. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item or your item is wrong, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
When contacting us, please include your full name, email address, order number, reason for the fault and a photograph where applicable. If a photo is not included, this may cause a delay in processing your query and we may ask you to provide photographic evidence before we provide a solution.
We will not offer returns/refund for any item which has been personalized or is perishable unless the item was received faulty or unless there can be shown an error has been made on OUR part.
If there are persistent claims for refunds from the same individual or group of individuals, we reserve the right not to issue a refund or replace an order. We may refuse to take any future orders from any such customers and will inform them of our decision in writing, via email.
Please double check your order on screen before confirming your purchase as we will be unable to offer a replacement or a refund where personalization has been misspelt due to an error made by yourself.
If you wish to cancel an order or make changes you must contact us immediately, changes can be made until your order has entered production or has been dispatched, after this time it is no longer possible to change or cancel an order.
If the item received is faulty, please contact us with the order number, name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether a refund or a replacement is required. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. If the item is faulty, please return it to us within 30 days of receipt. Refunds cannot be given if the fault is as a result of misuse.
