We start working on your order as soon as it is placed with the confirmation of payment.
Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged as each piece is customized for you or your loved one!
Non-personalized item(s) can be returned to us within 15 days of your purchase. After 15 days, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction so if you’re unhappy for any reason with any order, we ask that you reach out to our customer service team. Email us at email@example.com and we will work with you to make things right.
Return and Refund
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already produced or shipped out.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns on non-personalized products. Personalized items cannot be returned. Customers have the right to request returns within 14 days after the receipt of their order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
